What is included in the free plan?
The free plan includes foundational workshops and courses, community access, progress tracking with XP, and certificates of completion.
What do I get when I purchase a workshop or program?
You get lifetime access to all the workshop materials, hands-on projects, updates, and priority support from Param. Programs include all workshops in the learning path.
Do individual purchases expire?
No! When you buy a workshop or program, you get lifetime access. Come back whenever you want.
Why are prices different in my region?
We use Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) to make our content accessible worldwide. Prices are adjusted based on your location so that learning is affordable everywhere.
Can I deactivate regional pricing?
Regional pricing applies automatically based on your location so learning is accessible. You pay the displayed regional price at checkout.
Can my company pay for my purchase?
Absolutely! Many engineers have their companies cover the cost. Reach out and we can provide an invoice or any details your company needs.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, a seven-day refund window on individual purchases and Pro subscriptions. Reach out within that window and we will process it.
